1. Beach Bag
For the start, of course you need the perfect beach bag. You want it to be durable and washable because it might take a lot of abuse from the elements (sun, wind, salt water and sunscreen.) Tote bags with a zipper pocket for your small essentials are a great option. For a far away beach vacation bring a bag that can be packed in your luggage or better yet one that can double as a carry-on bag.
2. Flip flops
The perfect flip flops are essential for the beach. When it comes to flip flops or so called flat sandals, they are the easiest thing to wear and they come in large variety of interesting designs so you can really look stylish with them. Try Brazilian made Ipanema sandals which have heart and soul of cosmopolitan, keeping the boho-chic look that characterizes the firm. Fluorescent colors and floral prints for the day, and sophisticated flip flop gold, silver and bronze for the night.
3. Sun Protection
Make sure to liberally apply sunscreen of at least 30+ SPF before you head out for a day at the beach. Sunscreen needs some time to soak into the skin to achieve the protection. Waterproof or sport sunscreens stay on a little longer when sweating or in the water. Make sure to reapply throughout the day especially after prolonged swimming.
4. Swimwear
This is probably the most important pieces of “beach wardrobe” and most women have trouble finding the right swimsuit. Our advice is for you to find the one that suits your body type and your proportions. Choose the colors and prints you like. Prints are always trendy and you can have a winning beach look by choosing animal or floral print bikini. Make sure you feel comfortable in your swimsuit because if you do not, you will probably spend most of your day wandering if your bikini is on its place. Details like ruffles and beads will give your swimwear a modern twist.
5. Beach hat
Sun hats are an absolute must have. The beach hat will protect you against the heat and hide your face, ears and neck against the sun, but you will still get the desired bronzed skin. If you love ladylike style choose oversized hats and those who opt for casual and on-the-go style, can choose the classic summer straw hat.
6. Head Scarves and bandanas
If you don`t like summer hats, you can go for head wraps and scarfs. Head scarf will protect your hair against sun damage and it can really make a strong fashion statement. 7. Accessorize with statement jewelry
Take the colors of summer with you everywhere you go. But remember that when is comes to beach jewelry – less is more. Bright colors, turquoise and coral tones are always trendy. Go simple with a long necklace or brightly colored bracelet, stylish bangle or even body jewelry. Or try a neon ring or stud earring for a little pop. 8. Find the perfect but comfortable cover-up

For the tunic lovers, the beach is the perfect place to choose between variety of sheer and light weight tunics and kaftans. Make sure your tunic compliments the color and prints on your swimsuit.
9. Denim shorts or maxi dress
The choice is yours, but both ways will certainly make a stylish fashion statement. If you go for the denim shorts, combine them with tank tee or sheer tunics.
