Italian fashion designer Giambattista Valli presented his highly anticipated spring/summer 2014 collection at the Paris fashion week spring 2014. The focus of this collection was on the play between feminine and masculine – sheerness contrasted with masculine cuts, floral appliques contrasted with the roughness of padded shoulders.
The standout pieces of this collection were the oversized but yet subtly feminine coat, and the chiffon dresses with floral appliques. The color palette ranged from light and pale colors to the metallic shades.
