Italian fashion house Valentino presented their new fall/winter 2014 collection today at Paris fashion week fall 2014. The notion of fairy tale and an enchanted forest, unicorns and butterflies, were the starting point and inspiration for creative directors Maria Grazia Chiuri and Pier Paolo Piccioli. Everything was pretty, feminine, whimsical and with romantic vibe. While the opening pieces were coats with bold graphic prints, later the focus was on dreamily romantic gowns in nature motifs, cardigan coats, tulle dresses and long draped gowns with intricate details like transparencies, butterflies and floral embellishments.
