The 2015 Metropolitan Museum of Art’s Costume Institute Gala was held tonigh on 4th May 2015 in New York.
This year`s exhibition “China: Through The Looking Glass” gathered the most important people from fashion industry, A-list celebrities and music stars to celebrate the impact of Chinese aesthetics on Western fashion and how China has fueled the fashionable imagination for centuries.
Silas Chou serves as Honorary Chair. The evening’s co-chairs are Jennifer Lawrence, Gong Li, Marissa Mayer, Wendi Murdoch, and Anna Wintour. Also the theme “China: Through the Looking Glass” became the subject of a documentary directed by Andrew Rossi produced by Condé Nast Entertainment, Vogue and Relativity Studios.
