The 2015 Goya Awards


The 29th Goya Awards were held tonight at the Centro de Convenciones y Congresos Príncipe Felipe in Madrid (7th February 2015), honoring the best of Spanish film industry. The ceremony was hosted by comedian Dani Rovira. Alberto Rodriguez’s thriller “Marshland” was the absolute winner of the night by winning 10 statues including best film, director, screenplay and actor. Barbara Lennie won the award for Best Actress while Javier Gutierrez was awarded as Best Actor. Legendary director Pedro Almodovar presented actor Antonio Banderas with Honorary Goya. While giving the acceptance speech, Banderas dedicated the Goya “to the person who has paid the most” for his career, his daughter Stella Carmen.

All eyes were on Spanish screen siren Penelope Cruz when she walked the red carpet exuding classic Hollwod elegance in Oscar De La Renta strapless ball gown with glitter details, accessorized with Chopard diamond jewelry and Jimmy Choo shoes.








Actress Elena Anaya showed off her famous cleavage in Sybilla nude gown with plunging neckline and golden details on the waist.She completed the look with matching nude cape.



Actress Blanca Suarez exuded elegance in Zuhair Murad gown with embroidered transparent bodice and tulle ball skirt. She completed the look with diamond jewelry and elegant updo.



As we expected, Spanish supermodel Nieves Alvarez stayed loyal to her favorite designer Stephane Rolland by wearing his black and white gown from Couture fall/winter 2014 collection.



 Actress Úrsula Corberó walked the red carpet in Teresa Helbig nude maxi gown with embroidered neon details. This was quite refreshing look.


The lovely Aura Garrido exuded elegance in Jean Paul Gaultier Couture black and white Grecian inspired dress with golden details from his fall/winter 2014 collection.


Actress Leticia Dolera opted for flower power dressed in Dolores Promesas floral print gown and accessorized with Bárcena jewelry.
