Italian fashion house Roberto Cavalli presented their new fall/winter 2016 collection at Milan fashion week fall 2016. Entitled “Divine Decadence”, creative director Peter Dundas found inspiration for this collection in the hedonism of the sixties, when fashion began to revive the naturalistic curvilinear lines of the Art Nouveau.
Colours are rich, embroideries underscore a pagan inspiration and lines are blurred – male with female, day with evening, historicism with styles of today.
