These delicious healthy smoothie recipes make it easy to eat healthy with fruit, milk, immune-boosting yogurt, and other nutritious ingredients—and they’re great for those on a smoothie diet, too.

 

Strawberry and lime smoothie

Ingredients:
2 cups of peeled strawberries
Jjice from 1 lime
1/2 cup of yogurt
3/4 cup of milk

Preparation:
Place all ingredients in blender and mix well. Garnish with fresh strawberries and serve immediately.

Green smoothie

Ingredients:
1 cup of chopped spinach
1 cup of chopped kale
1/2 cup of chopped celery
1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon
1 chopped green apple
1 chopped pear
2 large bananas
2 cups of water

Preparation:
Mix all ingredients in a blender until you have a stiff drink.

2 chopped bananas
1 cup of coconut milk
1 cup of milk
3-4 scoops of vanilla ice cream
2 teaspoons of honey

1 cup of soy milk
2 tablespoons of flax seeds

1 banana
180 ml of coconut milk
1 teaspoon of honey
1/2 cup of ice

Preparation: Add all ingredients in a blender. Mix at highest speed until it becomes smooth and creamy. Add more ice or water to achieve desired consistency.
