Brazilian fashion brand Forum presented their spring/summer 2013-14 collection at fashion show during Sao Paulo Fashion Week. Creative director Marta Ciribelli found inspiration for this collection in bossa nova and nautical universe. The used materials were laise, embroidered raffia, cotton, silk and lace. The color palette included navy as a base, white with spots of orange and green, yellow, orange and green colors.
The Forum welcomes the summer with a party on the boat to the sound of bossa nova. The 1960s and the universe nautical join in the creative process to compose a collection very feminine, with large shapes and strength in dresses, strong point of the collection. The inspiration navy appears in the imprints of us in cuffs and sailor. Many pieces have structured neoprene trim, another link with the marine universe. The print Barquinho, created by Marta with traces of Filipe Jardim, is quite beautiful, as well as the work of embroidered raffia and laise, romantic, delicate and meticulous.
