French fashion house Balmain presented their new fall/winter 2014 collection today at Paris fashion week fall 2014. Today creative director Olivier Rousteing had transformed the catwalk into a tribal parade where famous models like Angela Lindvall, Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Izabel Goulart, Aymeline Valade and Constance Jablonski walked the show. The front row was full of celebrities but the media spotlight was waiting on Rihanna, who missed the show but came later to salute her dear friend Rousteing. The focus was on the inevitable animal prints, from zebra stripes to leopard prints. The outerwear included military chic inspired pieces like the beaded jackets with khaki colors combined with safari pants and dresses made of entwined rope. Everything looked quite powerful, sexy and with extra appeal to the masses.
