Italian luxury fashion house Prada presented their new spring/summer 2015 collection at Milan fashion week spring 2015. Creative director Muccia Prada delivered a collage of different materials for which inspiration was found in ladylike style, basically her own personal style. The focus was on A-line tailored coats, mid-length full skirts, brocade skirts combined with sweaters and coat dresses with belts. Muccia used 30 types of brocade replicated from 19th Century textiles which once more proved her her to be master of craftsmanship. Elegant as always, there was kind of a melancholy vibe all through the collection. Let`s not forget to mention that the show was opened by Australian supermodel Gemma Ward who made a comeback after a six-year break from modelling. Over the night the news of her comeback caused mass hysteria in the fashion industry.
