American fashion designer Prabal Gurung presented his new Resort 2015 collection. When asked to describe this collection he stated: “This is one-stop shop from morning to evening.” Inspiration was found in the art work of British artist Matthew Stone which was reflected in the use of color blocking and vivid brush strokes of color. The color palette brings grey, black, blue, white and navy blue tones. The most outstanding pieces are the evening dresses, especially the red strapless ball gown with asymmetric cut, which reminds us so much of the lavish Zac Posen gowns.
