Italian fashion house Emilio Pucci presented their new spring/summer 2017 collection today at Milan fashion week spring 2017.
Creative director Massimo Gioretti presented very colorful and eclectic collection full of prints and vibrant vibes. He focused on dynamism, ease and movement.
A collection made almost entirely in jersey, including boots, put through the NOW accelerator. What looks like poplin, georgette, tulle, is jersey too. A fresh, unexpected slant. A wardrobe for the globe-trotting wanderer, with a tribal feel. Outerwear cinched at the waist, like shirt dresses.
Beachwear as a statement. Jumpsuits. Rompers. Dresses that fit into a mini pocket to travel easily. Clashing neon hues: Emilio’s original palette. Glaring sequins. Bersaglio and Labirinto prints and intarsia, rendered tribal. Glazed surfaces. Knotting as a spontaneous gesture.
