Brazilian fashion brand Ellus 2nd Floor presented their spring/summer 2013-14 collection at fashion show during Fashion Rio in Rio de Janeiro. General director Adriana Bozon and responsible stylist Thiago Marcon found inspiration for this collection in the pop art of Roy Lichtenstein. The color palette included black, white, neon pink, green apple and orange colors.
With a collection that looks at the 1960s through the pop art of Roy Lichtenstein, the brand chose to make a parade well edited and leaner than its previous versions. About 50 looks dropped to 32. “We prefer to show the looks stronger this time, we really like,” says stylist Leticia Toniazzo. References to sports and beachwear, the 2nd Floor plays with opposites, the geometry of the cold black and white with the heat of citrus colors. There is a game with polka dots, starting and ending discrete and overlapping maxi in colorful outfits.
