Italian fashion house Dolce & Gabbana presented their fall/winter 2013 collection at Milan Fashion Week fall 2013. Once again the Dolce&Gabbana duo was inspired with part of the Italian history. Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana were inspired by the mosaic of Monreale for this collection. Tailored mosaic – as the art of mosaic-making is a slow and precise one, achieved by placing single piece next to the other, at the same time tailoring is made by single stitch after single stitch.
