Fashion designer David Koma presented his fall/winter 2014 collection at London fashion week fall 2014. He found inspiration for this collection in the portrayal of women in the Renaissance-era paintings of a Lucas Cranach the Elder. The focus was on structured pieces with corsetry references. Leather cage corset inspired constricted everything from waists to busts in the dresses. Quite refreshing! The color palette was monochrome and went from vivid and electrifying purple to black, white, grey, again black and ended with navy blue.
