Caroline posed nude for the cover image under the lens of her husband, photographer Fabio Bartelt. Caroline is currently 5 month pregnant with their first child, but that did not stop her from sizzling at the runway for Agua de Coco spring/summer 2013-14 fashion show, last week in Sao Paulo.
