Train like an angel! Victoria’s Secret Angel Candice Swanepoel (IMG) shows her athletic physique in photoshoot for Victoria’s Secret VSX collection. This new VS workout and sports line brings best sport bras with open back, hot shorts and colorful capri pants, everything made of nylon performance fabric with four-way stretch creates a second-skin fit. The 25-year-old model stays fit by training with her personal trainer Justin Gelband. Her workout routine consist of 5 key areas – the lower back, hip, butt, balance and stability. Candice also does boxing and yoga and says that yoga keeps her to stay flexible and keep her mind quiet. She tries to keep her diet balanced and eats more often.
When asked about her diet, because of her fast metabolism Candice stated: “Because I burn [calories]so fast, I have to eat a lot more protein, and eat a lot more often. Two weeks before, I’ll start working out more. We take care of ourselves for a living, so it’s never a scramble for me. It’s always a last-minute push to be better. Each year, I try to be better than the last. Food-wise, I’m very, very lucky that I can eat whatever I want. For me, I’ve always had a healthy lifestyle. If I eat something that’s not fresh, I feel it immediately, so I crave good food. I crave meat. I grew up on a dairy and beef farm, so I crave that. I don’t cut anything out, and I just work out more.”
