American music star Beyonce Knowles has launched her new fragrance called “Pulse NYC, dedicated to New York City. This perfume was developed by Carlos Vinals.
The scent was inspired with raspberries, pears and pomegranate, followed by Arabic jasmine, orchids and peony, with a gourmand base of red velvet cupcake, patchouli, cashmere woods and amber.
