Famous American burlesque star Dita Von Teese unveiled her lingerie collaboration with Bloomingdales. The collection is vintage inspired ba the 1950-s and 1940-s lingerie and boudoirs. It retails for between $28 and $300. When asked to describe this line, Dita stated: “It is beautiful lingerie that captures the spirit of retro glamour, while being accessible and functional for moments of everyday beauty and luxury.” This collection consists of three different lines: “Parisenne” line inspired by traditional French lingerie with detailed lace details; “Tulip” line featuring a leopard-print motif; “Madame X” line with lots of black color and cut-out straps. This lingerie line is Dita’s first collection of lingerie to be sold in the United States.
Dita attended the Collection Launch held at Bloomingdale’s 59th Street Store on Thursday (March 20th 2014) in New York City. She looked elegant in custom made Zac Posen dress and Giuseppe Zanotti shoes.
