The 2013 American Music Awards

The 41st American Music Awards were held tonight at Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Los Angeles,on 24th November 2013. The stage featured performances from renowned names from music industry – Rihanna, Katy Perry, Justin Timberlake, Lady Gaga & R. Kelly, Miley Cyrus, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Kendrick Lamar, One Direction, Christina Aguilera & A Great Big World, Jennifer Lopez,Pitbull & Ke$ha, Florida Georgia Line and many more.

This was exciting night for Rihanna, who was honored with the first-ever AMA Icon Award.

Jennifer Lopez looked sexy on stage wearing a custom made dress by Zuhair Murad while performing a tribute to the late Celia Cruz. The dress was designed to reflect Cruz’s legacy in salsa – featured hand-beaded lavender fringe and banded side panels of alternating silver and lavender crystal.

Rihanna received two awards – favorite soul/R&B female artist and the first-ever AMA Icon Award. She wore Jean Paul Gaultier dress from Couture 2013 collection.
