British fashion designer and global style icon Victoria Beckham graces the cover of Vogue magazine UK, August 2014 issue. Photographed under the lens of Patrick Demarchelier and styled by Lucinda Chambers, on the location at an 18th-century rectory in Hastings, southeast England. Victoria posed in her own designs and other looks from Elie Saab, Marni, Lanvin, Marc Jacobs, HUssein Chalayan, Vivienne Westwood, Schiaparelli, Maison Martin Margiela, Max Mara and Salvatore Ferragamo. For the inside interview she talked about turning 40 this year and her personal life, here are the most interesting parts of the interview:
On her life at 40: “I looked at it [turning 40]and said to myself, I have four incredible children, an incredible husband, a business that’s doing very well. I’ve worked hard and achieved a lot. I don’t think I could have achieved much more. I wouldn’t be where I am without David. He gives me the security and encouragement to do what I do. I do the same for him.”
On not changing anything about her life:“Well I wouldn’t do anything differently. I’ve always worked hard and had a lot of fun, so there’s nothing I would change.”
