Brazilian-born Lais stays fit by going to the gym every day, does aerobics and yoga, which work her whole body. When in New York, she loves working out in Gotham Gym NYC, where she does intense morning workout sessions. In just a few days Lais is expected to be making her fourth appearance at the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show which this year will be held in London for the first time.
