Italian luxury fashion house Fendi presented their fall/winter 2014 collection at Milan fashion week fall 2014. Creative directors Silvia Fendi and Karl Lagerfeld named this collection “Made in Italy” to emphasize the true value of Italian workmanship. Luxury fabrics ruled the runway as it always is in Fendi collections, while the vibe of futurism mixed with sporty associations in the whole 52 looks that appeared on the runway. Fur was everywhere because we all know how Lagerfeld loves and honors fur, but there was much more multicolored fur on outerwear pieces than before. He described this collection as being “as brutal, poetic and full of bonded mesh”. Two of Fendi`s iconic handbags, the Peekaboo and 2Jours have new variations which will surely please the fashion crowd.
