When you’re relaxing on the beach this summer the last thing you want to worry about is your hair.
The summer is here and one of the best parts about going to the beach besides getting bronzed skin is that sexily tousled hair which seems to only be attainable after a day spent at the beach surfing and sunbathing.
But girls, you are so wrong. You can easily get those sexy beach waves even at home by yourself. This hairstyle has become signature style of celebrities like Gisele Bundchen, Rachel Bilson, Kate Hudson and Lily Aldridge.
There are few ways to get beach waves at home, find one which is best for you:
1. Make hairspray out of sea water, and the trick is to use coconut oil and sea salt. Use the following ingredients:
1 tablespoon seasalt
1/4 teaspoon coconut oil (or grape seed oil)
1 cup of water
1 spray bottle
Add the sea salt and the coconut oil to the water in the spray bottle and shake it. Shake it every time before use to make sure all the ingredients mix properly. Spray the mixture evenly into your hair, use your fingers to scrunch your hair together upwards to create waves. You can also create a few loose braids in your hair and spray the mixture. Unfasten your braids after the mixture has dried a bit and shake out hair a bit with your fingers.
2. Use flat iron to make beach waves. First separate your hair into two part and make two braids. Then go with the flat iron over your braids.
